Apply these little pieces of wisdom to your own life in any way you'd like (and at your own risk).
- a hungry person is an irritable person
- people who order steak don't mess around
- just smile & bear it
- some people have no reservations or regard for personal space... even when they are in a public dining facility
- you can't always look cute (no, you don't get a different apron for each day of the week like Rachel on Friends)
- know the menu
- a tipsy customer is a tipping customer..."would you gentleman like another round?"
- be nice to the cooks
- details matter (fork, knife, THEN spoon)
- no matter how hard you try, you can't make everybody happy
